FREE WIFI The space Home Marilda includes the entire ground floor of a villa surrounded by greenery. You will have access to a) a double bedroom with a large balcony and a small but functional kitchen area, a comfortable bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet, sink and window; b) entrance with double sofa bed for any guests with an additional cost to be paid upon arrival, an outdoor veranda, 5000 square meters of land, part of which is in front of the house, the rest around it, enriched by pines, olive trees, almond trees and centuries-old carob trees. The barbecue and stone oven are available for outdoor grilling. b) another double/twin bedroom, enriched by a large kitchen area, another bathroom with a window, toilet, bidet, and a comfortable shower. The two rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with heating, and a flat-screen TV. Total capacity: 4 people. c) entrance with double sofa bed that allows you to accommodate, if necessary, a fifth and/or sixth guest with an additional cost for each guest starting from the fifth to be paid upon arrival, of 10 euros per night per guest, in the winter and spring period €20 per guest, starting from the fifth, per night for July and €35 per night per guest in August Children up to 1 year old are free. THE SWIMMING POOL, outdoor, 50 sqm wide, infinity, equipped with hydromassage, is FREE TO USE from June to October, respecting the indications of the structure. THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS The upper floor of the villa, with independent access from the back, is reserved for the owner and his partner who will be happy to welcome and host you. The outdoor area with a table and stone oven is ideal for barbecues. FREE WI-FI Guest access The verandas overlooking the rooms are for the exclusive use of the guests. The POOL is only open during the SUMMER PERIOD from June to October and can be used at any time of the day from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF GUESTS. Other things to note The fifth and/or sixth guest, subject to the owner's authorization, will be accommodated on a comfortable double sofa bed arranged at the entrance, with an additional cost of €10 each per night in the winter and spring period, and €20 each per night for the summer period. The municipal accommodation tax is €2 per person per day, to be paid upon arrival to the owner in one with the deposit of €300 for any damage caused during the stay The deposit will be returned upon departure, after checking for the absence of damage to property and the structure.
