Neighborhood: The house is on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, oriented to the pleasure of a salty sunrise, just 30 meters from a pedestrian promenade and connected by a quiet walkable street, in a quiet residential area. Leaving the house, heading north, strolling through this promenade for a pleasant 4 minutes you will find Son Moll beach, white sandy beach and crystal clear waters; south direction, walking for 2 minutes you will find the cove of Sa Pedruscada, gray sandy cove and turquoise waters, located in an old fishing port; and in front, 14 seconds walking, you will find a direct access to the sea through natural rock stairs that lead them to the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Cala Ratjada, 10 minutes walking along an idyllic promenade, has all kinds of services and tourist activities for all tastes and ages, day and night. However, the house is a 10 minute walk from downtown and therefore can rest with the whisper of the sea and the twinkling of the stars. Capdepera offers endless leisure possibilities: wonderful beaches, secluded coves, urban walks, lively nature, nightlife, magical sunrises, culture in the middle of the street, gastronomy… Everything or nothing can be done: living on the edge with balloon tours, water sports, horseback riding, hiking in its mountains and trails, quiet readings on the sand, ...
