The Annexe (Garden Cottage)

A bright airy annexe in a quiet rural setting with views of the countryside and the river Tay. The accommodation comprises one double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room and shower room. There is also a private enclosed outdoor area and a shared drive for parking. We are only minutes from Monifieth with it's shops, pubs, restaurants, golf courses and beach with public transport/cycle path giving easy access to Carnoustie, Broughty Ferry and Dundee. The space The annexe is ideal for couples or families with young children. Guest access Guests have sole use of an enclosed outdoor area with seating and barbeque. Other things to note We do have Wi-Fi but it can be slow and therefore not very reliable. Pets ( 2 maximum )
