Ely House Annex

This is a beautiful annex joined to our house, it has 2 floors, one with a lovely shower room and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, and Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. The first floor is a bedroom with double bed, TV, and Dvd player. Tv has Netflix, I player etc. It has a balcony looking out over a private courtyard with outdoor table and chairs with a parasol. There is also a small BBQ. Please note it has a narrow metal staircase from the kitchen up to the bedroom. The space You have your own front door (which is at the back of the house) which opens out onto the courtyard. There is a local corner shop 50 yards away. There are several good dining pubs within an 10 minute drive. Guest access North Norfolk coast is a 25 minutes drive away with lovely spots such as Blakeney, Holkham Hall and Holkham beach, Wells next-the-sea, and Cley next-the-sea.
