Wake up across the road from the beach!

We'd love to share our little slice of heaven with you! =) Across the road from Seaford beach, very quiet beach so you can often have it to yourself. We love coming to enjoy the beautiful beach, the walk along the creek, the community feel of the area and to relax. The space Light filled unit with 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge room. Separate bathroom and toilet. Beautiful patio area with pergola to enjoy the sunshine. Kitchen with all amenities and laundry with washing machine. Unit has one private parking spot. Guest access No wifi available, sorry but we like to relax here and leave the constant distraction of the internet elsewhere! Other things to note -no grass in outdoor area -no wifi -ONE parking spot only but free street parking 50m away -dining area is in living room, not a separate room -as described in the space; 3rd double bed is a sofa bed in the lounge room (where guests 5 and 6 sleep) -we are on a busy highway however the black out blinds reduce the noise, my partner who is very noise sensitive wears ear plugs and sleeps well, I personally don’t hear anything -dogs are not allowed on Seaford beach between 9.30am-7.30pm from 1/12 until 31/3, outside of these times and at any other time of year dogs are permitted on leash on the beach (not all locals follow these rules) -there is an off lead dog park called Keast Park, a 7 min drive away
