Welcome to Gite Marsolie, a well appointed self-catering gite for 6 adults and 1 child in 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, near to the busy rural village of Ecueille in the Loire Valley. All beds are made for your arrival and a bath towel and hand towel is provided for each guest. No hidden costs - no extra charges for fuel, cleaning or linen. The space The gite is in a peaceful hamlet of five houses and enjoys its own outdoor spaces with table and chairs to suit your first coffee of the day from the gite's Nespresso machine or a full meal prepared in the gite kitchen, fully equipped with Bosch fan-oven, Bosch induction hob, full-size dishwasher and Samsung microwave. A large fridge/freezer provides space for everything from food, wine and beer to ice-creams on those long hot sunny afternoons. All three large ensuite bedrooms (two on the ground floor) are furnished with UK king size Hypnos mattresses and toppers (150cm x 200cm). An additional single bed can be provided in one of the bedrooms, if required, for one child. There is a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom. There is a rotary washing line in your garden, plus a folding dryer in the gite for wet days. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is very convivial to family life. The underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and log burner, ensures the gite is always warm and welcoming. There is WiFi in the gite and a TV which has U.K. Freeview channels. Activities nearby range from horse riding, walking and cycling to wine-tasting, historical exploration and enjoying the hugely varied scenery in this area. Visits to Chateaux, Beauval Park Zoo and the Brenne National Park provide further entertainment. Guest access The gite has a small garden area with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Other things to note Charging of electric cars must not be carried out without the owners permission. The gite sleeps up to 6 adults in 3 bedrooms. 2 additional children can be accommodated in single beds in the two downstairs bedrooms only. The upstairs room is accessed via a low height doorway. 2 steps provide access to the open plan ensuite shower room, and restricted headroom. This room is not suitable for young children or elderly guests. There is no fixed heating in this room. Please contact us in advance of making the booking if you have any questions. Please note this gite is located outside the village and is surrounded by fields. At certain times of the year, the farmers work long hours in the fields. Their tractors can cause mud on the roads and unfortunately we have no control over this. Security deposit - you could be charged up to £150 for failing to leave the gite as you found it and/or any damage.
