This property is now stunning with a brand new kitchen (with dishwasher), new master bathroom, new flooring, new painting throughout, new light fittings, new interior design, and brand new furniture throughout. For winter warmth there is both split system air conditioning and a combustion stove which gives you warmth at the flick of a switch AND the glorious ambiance of a wood fire. In summer, the split system air cond (and the lovely sea breezes) will do the trick. Situated just one street back from the gorgeous beach at Carrickalinga, this large house has glorious sea views that will thrill you! If you want a holiday at the beach, then it's all about the view and this property delivers in spades! Within almost a stone's throw to the sandy beach, from this private vantage point, you can even see the local dolphins swim by… This elevated-storey home is built of double brick throughout, internally & externally, with huge Oregon beams featuring in the raked ceilings of the large open-plan living area. There are 2 balconies to relax on, with a view of the sea from either. The magnificently renovated top floor has the master bedroom, guest room & 3rd bedroom with a family bathroom to share. The beds are styled with designer linen. Downstairs is a games room with a play station, BOSE Stereo System, pool table, and a table tennis table. A brilliant holiday treat for kids and adults alike! There is a handy second, after the beach bathroom on the ground floor, along with a very large garage suitable for a boat. Please note that there is no internal access between the two floors. Bedding Configuration: • Main Bedroom 1: King Bed • Bedroom 2: King Bed • Bedroom 3: Two Bunk Beds (ie. 4 Single beds) The property sleeps 6 adults the top bunk beds are not suitable for adults The beds will be freshly made for guest arrival with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied. If using the fireplace, please bring firelighters, matches, kindling, and wood. 100% Pet-Friendly Your pets are very welcome indoors! The rear yard is fenced at a height of 3'. If you don't want to leave pets inside when you go out, you can leave them securely in the garage or in the backyard. The front yard is not fully fenced. Note: The ice maker/water chiller in the fridge is not available. Any bookings of 28 days or more have a fortnightly quick clean included at no additional cost. Extra Guest Charge: Our standard rate is for 2 guests only. Please note that an additional fee will apply $24 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. Note: If an extra guest after 2 is staying for 1 night only, it's $48 for 1 night. *SCHOOLIES - property is available with a $2500 bond and a $250 cleaning fee for a maximum of 8 people ONLY plus $120 per person per night in excess of 2 guests. No parties are allowed at any time. * Party / Events Fee: $200 per occurrence Late Night Disturbance Fee: $200 per occurrence Smoking Fee: $200 Please take note that this does not include any amount to any damages that you may incur if you violate any of our house rules. We do not allow parties, events and smoking at the property. Please note that this property doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.
