Very convenient commute to beaches and the north of island. 3.5 km from the coast, quiet outlying area in Vecindario. Free street parking. Cover: Amadores Beach, 30 km south. I recommend renting a car. The space YOU WILL BE AT HOME! Located in the peripheral area of ​​Vecindario, quiet and well served. You will be able to move around without getting lost and extremely quickly in any direction on the island. Parking your car on the street is easy and free. You will often park under the window of your house. 15 minutes by car from the airport, with access to the motorway in 1 minute and very close to the south of the island (10 minutes), where you will find our wonderful beaches. Although it is not essential, it is preferable to rent a car or motorbike at the airport. Guest access THERE IS NO COMMON RECREATION AREA. THERE IS NO POOL. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a 40" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, a fan, a washing machine (detergents NOT included), an iron and board, a clothesline, and all the usual amenities. The toilet is served by a garbage disposal, and littering is prohibited. Other things to note To fully enjoy your stay, IT IS STRONGLY ADVISED TO RENT A CAR OR MOTORCYCLE AT THE AIRPORT. There are no motorcycle rentals near the house, although there is a Rent a Car nearby, but it is not very cheap. A taxi ride to and from the airport can cost 18-20 euros or more depending on the night rate. You can also use the bus service from the airport itself, which leaves you 5-7 minutes from home on foot. Ask the driver to let you know to get off at the "Cruce de Balos" stop. Getting to the buses to get around the island takes 5-7 minutes on foot and the cost per person per trip is on average 3-4 euros, whether you are going south or north.
