Our home is 4 years old and reconditioned to host our guests to the maximum standards, the property is nestled within less than a mile from great retail centers, restaurants, bars, Same's Energy Arena, athletic facilities, TAMIU, Laredo International Airport and easy access to the Loop 20. Whatever the reason of your stay, we welcome you to enjoy our city of Laredo in our clean and comforting home in a very nice and quite neighborhood. We have a door keypad for easy access. The space Our house has 4 bedrooms but great space in living room to set up one or two air mattress for more. Great place for when we have local events nearby. Guest access The entire place is at your disposal except for the garage since we use this as storage. Enjoy! Other things to note The entire house has an active Alarm connected to Police, Fire Dept and Ambulance Assistance, has Smoke, Fire & Carbon detector alarms and safety windows and doors. You will be staying in a great and safe house. You will not have access to garage since I use it as storage for my personal belongings. Thanks
