Nyhem's farm guesthouse is located in Hököpinge with good transportation options to Malmö & Vellinge. For cyclists and hikers, Skåneleden and Sydkustleden are within close reach. The guest house has unobstructed views of the sea and Skåne's beautiful fields & agricultural fields. Country shop, paddle center and candy factory in the nearby area. The space The apartment is 130 sqm and is divided into 3 floors. Floor 1: There is a kitchen, dining table & chairs, hall and bathroom. Floor 2: An open intermediate floor equipped with 2 single beds. Floor 3: A living room, a closed bedroom with 3 single beds, a workspace and a small room meant as a wardrobe. On the backside of the house there is an associated wooden deck with dining area & barbecue. Guest access Marked parking space is available next to the guest house. This is found when you drive around the entire farm. Parked with a P. Other things to note Final cleaning and bed linen are included in the price, but towels must be brought by the guest.
