Sharing our home however, accommodation is self sufficient. (It's separate from our living and sleeping area) You will have your own space, but we are on hand if you need us. The accommodation is at the front of the property and comprises a bedroom with a comfortable 3 quarter sofa bed, flat screen TV , and tea and coffee facilities. There is one armchair in the room. I supply bedding, towels, and toiletries. Just a few steps away from the bedroom, you will have your own bathroom. The space This is a cosy and welcoming accommodation. It comprises of living room/bedroom with one chair, a comfortable sprung 3/4 bed settee. TV with Sky and wfi. (The Bed settee maybe not comfortable enough for a long stay or maybe for the older travellers) we would perfer single occupancy but happy to chat in more details if there are two guests. Complementary tea and coffee facilities always at hand. ) I can provide a continental breakfast: Menu Croissants, bread,cheese, selection of meats, fruit, jam, fruit juice and fresh coffee. £9.00 per person If you want a lighter breakfast I can do brown/white, toast selection jams with a large cafeteria of fresh coffee for £5 (Please let me know when booking if you require any food) Fresh coffee in a large cafeteria for £1.50 You will have your own bathroom with an overhead shower over the bath. We have a drive for you to park a car, or you can park on the road as long as you don't block any of our neighbours' drives. Guest access You will have key to the front door which will give you sole use of a living room, hall and bathroom. The rest of the house is our space but we will be available if you need us for anything. We will always do our best to meet and great but if this is not possible then it would be self check in using a key lock. There is a front step into the house but once inside the accommodation is all on one level. If you would like to use the washing machine then please let us now and we will try and arrange this for you. There are no cooking facilities in the space but, take always and restaurants are within walking distance. I'm happy to give a plate and cutlery if needed. Other things to note We may need to use a small cupboard in the hall next to your bedroom. We keep the hoover and buckets in this. We live at the back of the accommodation so, noise can be heard from our grandchildren and family. We are very close to the train station so trains can be heard. We are a very good location for Cardiff or Bridgend especially if you don't want to stay in the centre of the city and would like to stay in a quiet location and see some countryside and some Welsh life. We have a few taxis in the area if you need to book let us know and we can as we have a few numbers. There is a good golf course a few miles away. Local restaurants with walking distance.
