The price given is for two pax and extra person charges will add up. 4 guests if need three rooms than kindly put request for 5 guests for us to open all three rooms. 3 ppl needing 3 separate rooms hv to pay extra at property. Washing machine use at extra price. No outside people are allowed in the homestay. Kitchen has all cooking stuff. The space The homestay is on 1st floor with lift facility and free parking inside the apartment building. All the three rooms have AC and two rooms have attached bathroom, the third room has bathroom adjacent to it. A spacious sitting area, with smart TV and wifi and a dining table would give you all the comfort of a home. All three bathrooms have geysers for hot water and each wash basin tap also has hot water during winter season. The entire flat is for your use with no sharing of other rooms with anyone. However, we open rooms as per nbr of persons booked. The price given is for two people and extra person charges will add up when you put request beyond two person stay. Unmarried couples are not allowed to stay. Pls put request for 5 guests, if you need all three rooms. 3 ppl needing 3 separate rooms hv to pay extra at the property@ 2000 per room. No outside people are allowed to come in the flat. Only the person whose ID we have been given should use the homestay. The choice of rooms to be allotted to guests is ours, depending on the nbr of guests booked. For guests staying for a week or more, we have washing machine facility too on chargeable basis. Guest access The entire flat with the bedrooms opened as per nbr of guests booked, sitting area and dining area , along with kitchen is for your personal use. The guest can access the terrace on the 5th floor. No outside people other than the booked guests, are allowed inside the homestay. Unmarried couples are not allowed. The homestay is on 1st floor; lift facility is there along with free parking inside the apartment building. There will be no sharing with other guests Other things to note Our homestay is located in a very central area of Jaipur with all sightseeing within a radius of 5-6 kms. We are just 50 metres walking from the Rajapark Market which is full of nice cafes and restaurants. It is also a shopping paradise. Airport and railway station are 7-8kms and all ola/uber are easily available in 5 minutes. Driver stay is provided separately at extra cost of 500rs per day. We can arrange cook for our guests if they need home cooked food, we would also be happy to organize any hands-on -experience workshop for our guests for blue pottery and block printing art, at an added cost. A show around of the art of lacquered bangle making as well can be organised. pls let us know in advance to book slots for you for these local art &craft experiences.
