The flat is located on the first floor (no lift) of a period property, right by the old medieval town. We live in the same floor and access is through our front door, but the rental studio has its own door with lock and is private and fully self-contained. It consists of: One bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and enclosed balcony. Living room and an open-plan, fully-fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs. En-suite bathroom with shower. Hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. Washing machine. Floor heating with own temperature control (energy from renewable sources). Free internet WiFi & Ethernet connection TV with HMDI Bed linen and towels provided Coffee, tea, sugar, butter, jam, olive oil are free for our guests. Iron provided upon request Baby cot provided upon request Guest access The rental studio is integrated in a very large flat divided into three spaces. Once you go through the main door from the staircase, a door on the left leads to our private flat. To the right there are two doors. One leads to my office and the other, with its own key, to the rental studio. All three spaces are separate and independent from each other and we ONLY share the main entrance door (it has a security lock) and a corridor. Other things to note The studio is a non-smoking, pet-free space. We ask our guests to keep noise to a minimum after 22.00. Visitors are allowed only during the day and with prior warning to the host. Parties are not allowed under any circumstance. This studio will be your home during your stay. Please take care of the furniture and utensils provided and avoid wasting water and energy. When you're not in the studio, remember to turn off the lights and keep the windows closed, especially in winter to prevent heat from escaping, but also in summer if you are going to be away all day. Check-in and check-out times are flexible. However, if there are guests arriving on the date of your departure we will ask you to kindly vacate the studio by 12.00 to give us time to clean and tidy up.
