The flat is located on the first floor (no lift) of a period property, right by the old medieval town. We live in the same floor and access is through our front door, but the rental studio has its own door with lock and is private and fully self-contained. It consists of: One bedroom with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and enclosed balcony. Living room and an open-plan, fully-fitted kitchen with dining table and chairs. En-suite bathroom with shower. Hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap provided. Washing machine. Floor heating with own temperature control (energy from renewable sources). The owners' apartment is accessed through a door on the left. On the right are two doors. One is Yolanda's office and the other is the studio for rent. All three are separate and independent spaces and we ONLY share the front door and a hallway. Other things to note The studio is a smoke-free place and pets are not allowed. We ask our guests to avoid using the washing machine or making noise after 10 pm. Visitors are only allowed during the day and always with the host's prior consent. No parties of any kind are allowed in the accommodation. The studio will be your home during your stay. Please take care of the furniture, appliances, and utensils at your disposal and avoid wasting water and energy. When you're out, remember to turn off the lights and leave the windows closed, especially in winter to prevent heat from escaping, but also in summer if you're going to be out all day. Check-in and check-out are flexible, but if we have clients arriving on the day of your departure, we will ask you to leave the studio before 12:00 PM to have time to clean it.
