Outstanding views of Lake Martin. Come take a relaxing vacation at one of the most beautiful spots on Lake Martin at"Southern Comfort". We have a 3 bedroom ,2.5 bathroom in this beautiful lake front home. Every room in the house has an awesome view of the lake. All stainless appliances and kitchen utensils for your cooking convenience. The living room is very large for all your entertainment needs. The house has WIFI internet and boasts a 55" 4k TV with Netflix and a huge sectional sofa with a queen let out bed.The dining room boast a large expandable table and a fixed bar top.The master bedroom has a king sized bed and a beautiful stone walk in shower. Our house also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The outside has a large deck with a outdoor grill so you can grill and never miss a minute of whats going on inside or outside. The house has a handicap ramp leading into the house and onto the deck. There is a nice private pier for docking your boat, swimming or catching fish. There is also a firepit with benches so you can enjoy a nice fire while making smores. For our wonderful fishermen we had 2 seperate driveways with electrical outlets. If you have specific questions please ask. We are conveniently located less than a mile off of highway 280 at the River Bridge and directly across from River North Marina. Boat ramp is located less than 5 miles away. We are less than 10 minutes from Wind Creek State Park and 30 minutes from Auburn. As always rent 6 nights the 7th is free. Other things to note I will provide the wifi password and door code 24 hrs before your arrival
