'Baita Tabià' Cottage – Dolomites

The tabià is the most typical and ancient architectural typology of the area. Inside the Chalet 'Baita Tabià' guests can enjoy a large apartment and a large private garden, with table, wooden benches, deck chairs and barbecue, in one of the most enchanting places in the Trentino Dolomites. The furniture is very nice, in spruce, with some traditional pieces of the place. Quiet location, private outdoor parking. 8 beds + 1 (extra bed in the room with two single beds, reservation required). The space The apartment has an independent entrance, large living room with dining area, sofas and armchairs, TV, kitchen with dishwasher and electric hob, oven, microwave oven, coffee machine nespresso, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom (which can be joined), a twin bedroom in the loft and two other open-space beds. Possibility of adding a bed in the twin bedroom. Tot. 8 + 1 beds. 3 bathrooms: one with bath + shower + bidet + sink + toilet, a second with shower + bidet + sink + toilet and another bathroom with sink + toilet. Washing machine. Storage in the basement. Children's playground and basketball court 150 m. Ski lifts only 3 km away: Castelir Alpe di Lusia, lifts open both in winter and summer. Guest access The Chalet 'Baita Tabià' Dolomites has two apartments with independent entrances on the opposite side to ensure total privacy. Guests have access to the large apartment shown in the pictures, it has private parking and a well-equipped garden with table with benches, deck chairs and barbecue for the exclusive use of the guests of the apartment.
