The space Upon entering, you step into a spacious and bright living room with a large sofa bed, coffee table, dining table, TV, and fully equipped kitchen area. The kitchen includes an oven, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker (with coffee), electric kettle, plates, glasses, and everything you need for a short or long stay. One entire wall is glass, leading to a wide balcony furnished with outdoor seating – perfect for coffee or breakfast with a panoramic view of Kapana, the city center, and the Old Town. From the living room, you access a cozy bedroom with a large double bed and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower. Fresh bed linen, towels, soaps, and shampoos are provided. The apartment includes free high-speed optical Wi-Fi. Guest access English: The apartment is located at 158 Sixth September Blvd, entrance between D Bank and Yavlena Agency. Take the elevator to the 6th floor (top button). The apartment is behind the black door on the right. There are two small key safes next to the door – your keys are in the lower safe. Inside you’ll find two keys and a chip: – the black key is for the black entrance door, – the second key is for the inner door labeled "1", – the chip opens the building’s main entrance (which locks automatically after 8 PM). Wi-Fi network: South net – you’ll receive the password one day before arrival. ⚠️ Please do not leave the key in the lock from the inside or use the twist-lock, as this will block external access (the neighboring apartment is in use). Upon departure, please lock the doors and return the keys to the same safe. If your reservation is for more than two people, the sofa will be prepared for sleeping. Other things to note In front of the building there are several free parking places from Friday 17.00 to Monday morning. Opposite the block is a blue zone, free for parking after 18.30 until the morning and on Sunday. Next to the block, on Tsar Boris III Blvd., there are 6 free parking spaces. Diagonally from the block, to the Seminary are streets with free parking. There is no guarantee where it will be free. If desired, you can request and use an underground garage for a fee.
