This stylish 3-room apartment is located on the eighth and top floor of a well-kept residential building – a place of tranquility with excellent connections. In just 30 minutes you can drive to the heart of Munich city center. Two supermarkets are right around the corner, and the idyllic Aubinger Park invites you to take relaxing walks. The space The apartment is on the ninth and top floor of a residential building with 36 parties. With a clear view, you can see the mountains well. The room is part of a 72 m² three-room apartment and is 15 m². The highlight is definitely the box spring bed. It is a cozy 1.4 meters wide. In the bathroom there is a washing machine, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Of course, the apartment has fast Wi-Fi and a separate LAN connection in the room. The location of the apartment is perfectly quiet and yet easily accessible. I live alone in this apartment and look forward to every visitor. Guest access You will have your own private room while I live in my own. Together we use the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room, the sunny balcony and the modern bathroom/toilet Your own parking space is also available – perfect if you arrive by car.
