The "Big House" is a magnificent three-story villa, with a pool and a breathtaking view of the lake, an ideal meeting place for families and groups of friends. It's about 2 km from the lake. You will find: - private pool, sauna, solarium - 6 bedrooms with private bathroom and 2 other separate bathrooms - billiards room - Living room with piano and games - 6 private parking lots ***Please note that the villa hasn't air/con*** The space The villa has a spacious entrance with dining room, fully equipped kitchen, 70 sqm living room with horseshoe sofa. On the ground floor you’ll find a room with piano, library and a double sofa bed. The first floor has 5 double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. On the second floor you’ll find a game room with TV and billiards, a study, a large bedroom with two single beds, a double sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. The whole villa has a living area of 500 square meters, and is situated on a property of about 5 acres (20,000 square meters). The villa was renovated to high-quality standards in 2004. The garden is well kept, the pool is open from June to September, there are two sun terraces on both sides of the house. Plenty of parking space inside the property. From the villa starts a private path, lit at night, that crosses the woods and leads in just 10 minutes to the nearby village of Molina. The villa has wi-fi connection, laundry and sauna.
