Balsam Lake Sunset Cabin with WiFi & Sauna!

Our year-round west-facing cabin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath lake home with main floor laundry and a newly built four season room and sauna! Sunset Cabin sleeps 11+ (2 in the king bed, 2 in queen, 2 in double, 1 in twin. For extra guests there are 2 luxe cots, a futon, and a couch.) We are located on the quiet east bay of Balsam Lake. There is easy access to the lake with a public boat landing less than 1/4 mile from the house. There is ample room on the dock for you to bring your boat. Balsam Lake is a 1900-acre lake that will suit all water activities! Central air and gas fireplace are available. High-speed internet is available as well. This lake home is fully furnished with all bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, a gas grill, fire pit, and a boat house deck! All you need to bring is your boat, personal items, and food. Our new Sauna is up and running—if you are interested in using it during your stay message the owner ahead of time, it’s included! *We allow Instant Bookings so no refunds are given due to the convenience* If you message us first and we allow you to book, you will be allowed a refund if you cancel 60 days before your check-in date. $400.00 cleaning fee for all stays $200.00 Pet Stay Fee $100.00 Returning Renter Discount *PETS*: Each guest who brings a pet to the property will be subject to a one-time, non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $200 to cover the costs of additional housekeeping required to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests that stay at Sunset Cabin following the presence of a dog or cat. (Any guest who brings pets to Sunset Cabin and does not declare such pets before check-in will be charged a non-refundable $500 penalty fee) Winter rentals are available on request.
