Private room in family home with private bathroom

The house is situated on a quiet cul de sac in Kendal, a 10/15 min walk from the mainline train station, Oxenholme Station, and a 20-25 minute walk into town. The bedroom is on the ground floor with an ensuite private shower room. We are close to the hospital, ideal if need somewhere to stay if you are working there for a week or two. Breakfast is provided for you in the utility room, you are welcome to use our dining room. The space The house is in a quiet street, and your room is on the ground floor. You have sole use of the attached ensuite bathroom. In the adjoining shared utility room, which is where we will set out your breakfast things and crockery etc, there is a fridge/freezer and microwave oven which you are free to use. A washing machine and dryer are available to use, we just ask that you check with us before using. Guest access You have your own downstairs bedroom and attached bathroom. The adjoining utility room is set up as a mini kitchen area with bar stools for you to use. It is a shared area, but we will respect your privacy whilst you are using it. Parking is available on the drive. If you are cycling your bikes can be locked securely in the shed. During your stay One if us is usually around if you need any advice on places to visit, how to get there and recommendations for eating out . Other things to note If you are coming to Kendal for work or for a student placement and need somewhere for a few weeks or more, then please get in touch regarding a weekly rate.
