Fire Island Getaway! Weeks/Weekends/Midweeks!

VILLA DU SOLEIL: 100 Yards from Fire Island's best beach in a quieter, family area. Our simple, spacious, 1 level, 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 8 and has 2 bathrooms (1 w/shower). Whole-house A/C in summer (6/20-9/22). Screened windows & fans. Front & back decks, outdoor shower, BBQ, bikes, wagon, port-a-crib, games, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, full cooking gear, condiments, etc. We rent to families & QUIET groups who agree to STRICT noise rules. Parties NOT allowed! Minimum age is 25. The space "Villa du Soleil" Whole-house A/C in summer (6/20-9/22). Windows and doors are screened and there are ceiling fans and oscillating fans in the living room and 2 master bedrooms, as well as wall-mounted oscillating fans in the other 2 bedrooms. 3 big bedrooms in the main house (2 w/queen beds; 3rd w/bunk bed), and a detached/private guest room with double bed for 2. There are 2 bathrooms (1 w/shower). There are 2 decks with picnic tables & umbrellas/sun shades, an outdoor shower, Weber BBQ grill (propane is included!), bikes, large wagon, port-a-crib, games, books, beach chairs & umbrellas, beach toys, etc. Villa du Soleil is equipped with: WiFi, 2 TVs with DirecTV & streaming, stereo; modern appliances (washer/dryer, D/W, fridge w/ice maker, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee machine & grinder, full cooking gear/utensils, basic condiments, pots, pans, etc.), linens & towels (bath & beach), porta-crib. PLEASE NOTE: Ocean Bay Park on Fire Island is accessed via a 30-minute ferry from Bay Shore, where you park your car. The LIRR train from NYC or Brooklyn to Bay Shore takes about 60-90 minutes and there is van service from the train to the ferry. You cannot drive to Fire Island! Visitors' cars are not allowed, which is what makes the island so special! Guest access Guests have access to the whole house! Other things to note All utilities (WiFi, DirecTV, electricity, propane gas, water) are included in the rental fee.
