The Chanonry Bolthole sleeps 3 with breakfast 😎

Two nights or more recommended - you will regret it if you don't! Our Orchard Room looks out over our small orchard (figs, plums, apples, pears and cherries, plus grapes in our greenhouse). The Orchard Room offers a kingsize bed without a footboard (better for tall guests!). The spacious Meadow Room (single bed plus breakfast table and vintage sofa) is decorated with original watercolours mainly by Vee and her family. The Black Isle has so much to offer. Don't just pass through. Savour it... The space The Bolthole is a separate wing of a 1970s house with lots of authentic features including a vintage primrose bathroom suite (remember those!). Very sunny spot with a pretty garden with resident hedgehogs. Guests enter via our orchard and meadow garden (three steps up to a terrace and door) so you have independent access at all times. On entering there is a hall from which the two Bolthole bedrooms and the bathroom all open. You will have exclusive use of the Bolthole (including the bathroom) during your stay. There are tea-making facilities and a mini fridge plus plates and napkins etc if you would like to bring food in. Breakfasts are served in the Meadow Room or on the terrace when warm enough 😎 Guest access You can use your room plus the back-garden deck entrance (four steps up), the bathroom and the hall area. The bathroom is for your exclusive use during your stay. Other things to note There are great places to eat within walking distance - tell us what you fancy and we will advise you. Vee can also offer homecooked meals (we charge £18/head for two courses) but please give her as much notice as you can. We can also book dolphin boat trips for you if you would like that. Bottlenose dolphins are often seen from Chanonry Point - as well as seabirds, seals and the occasional humpback whale.
