Our new modular style accommodation has polished concrete floors to main living and plush carpet to the 2 bedrooms all complete with modern decor. Master bedroom has the comfort of a King Bed with it's own Smart TV as well as to the living room with Netflix and FREE WiFi. Enjoy the sun filled north facing aspect to each room with large double glazed windows throughout. Relax on the private north facing deck over looking the tree lined picturesque township or during winter cozy up to the wood fire. There is also a split system air conditioner and ceiling fans to both bedrooms and living area. The bathroom has a large walk in shower with separate toilet and there is a washing machine for your convenience. Professionally laundered linen is included. Enjoy the Timboon Swimming Pool directly opposite on those hot summer days or a round of golf on the 18 hole golf course. Timboon also has free to public tennis courts and a great skate board park & play ground near by. But most of all the amazing Camperdown Timboon Rail Trail & the new walking/ride track at Power Creek Reserve/12 Apostles Trail right at your door step. This track goes all the way through to Port Campbell passing Timboon Cheesery/Schulz Organic Dairy along the way. The booking is for 2 guests and if the additional beds are required there are additional costs. Infants are no charge only if the other beds are not required and guests are providing their own porta cot and bedding. Other things to note Proof of identification is required for all bookings. Please note that if that if the other beds in bedroom two are required there are additional costs. This is to cover the cost of the cleaner and professionally cleaned linen. Recently the Victorian Government has added a 7.5% Occupancy Tax to short term stay rentals. This extra cost is included and unfortunately out of our control.
