“The Studio” is a self contained unit, ideal for a couples weekend getaway or stopover when travelling through Geraldton. It features private contactless access, a spacious living area, seperate kitchenette, ensuite and bedroom, with lovely front & rear private courtyards. It is a 5 minute easy walk to a beach and coastal walk, and a 5 minute drive/30 min walk to the Town centre & Geraldton’s Foreshore with it’s Shop’s, the Cafe strip, Restaurants, and Hotels. The space Full use of studio and courtyards. Off street parking. A spacious lounge room with dining table area, that opens onto the front courtyard. TV & DVD player with a selection of movies available. Desk area. WiFi. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster (no other cooking facilities) Selection of tea, coffee & hot chocolate. Dishes and cutlery. Seperate bedroom that overlooks your private rear courtyard. Ensuite bathroom. - No children. - No pets. Guest access Entrance is accessed by walking through the carport (left side of main house) to “The Studio” gateway and into your private front courtyard. The lockbox is located on the wall next to the sliding door. Other things to note “The Studio” is not setup for children, it is also NO SMOKING & NO PETS. We have a motel style kitchenette: Kettle & Coffee machine, Toaster, Microwave, and a Bar Fridge - The kitchenette does not have an exhaust system so no other cooking facilities are permitted.
