Villa Le Macee is a beautiful property located in the southern area of the medieval City of Todi. It features two buildings next to each other, the main house which is a beautiful old Umbrian style farmhouse and the annex, very close to each other (about 25 feet, 10 metres). The space This very well maintained property is situated in the beautiful grounds of Todi, a charming and elegant city in the central part of Italy. The main building lays on two floors. the ground floor with a big entrance and a hall, a fully equipped kitchen a sitting room and a living room with a 10/12 seats dining table, a laundry a powder room and the stairs accessing to the first floor, with 3 bedrooms and ensuite bathroom and a sitting room. The annex with kitchen and living and 2 bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. The buildings are surrounded by a fantastic garden, with an infiniti style pool, fenced in order to protect the kids. A parking lot for up to 4 cars is in the grounds. Other things to note The property can be rented for groups up to 10+1 kid up to 12 y.o. people. The two houses will not be rented to two different parties.
