You can check in after 3 and check out before 12noon. You can enjoy the home and screen house with BBQ. Feel free to walk the back yard and look for wildlife if you like. Laundry is right across the street if needed. Other things to note We hold a $500.00 Deposit and will return it 7-10 days after your checkout once we do a walk thru. Please take care. If an accident occurs, please let us know. All items have been inventoried and priced for replacement. Unless we know of and approve the accident, your deposit will be charged for items broken or missing. Please leave front door light on when you check out. Make sure de-humidifier is on and AC is off. Return remotes to saddles (there is a 150.00 fee for lost remotes) Please put soiled towels in laundry basket. Thank you.
