Well equipped kitchen/dining room: dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, a 2 seater sofa and a 3 seater sofa. Appliances: table and iron, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer. Electric heating. On the ground floor: a bedroom with double bed of 140, a large wardrobe and a sink. A second bedroom with double bed of 140, a large wardrobe and a single bed of 90. A bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs: A third bedroom with double bed of 140 and a single bed of 90 , a wardrobe and a dresser. Bathroom, toilet. Terrace and garden private south facing with garden furniture and barbecue. Guest access We also have shared common spaces with other potential tenants of the site: - a covered terrace, - a games room with table football, billiards and tennis table. - a petanque court - a fenced outdoor play area with porticoes and playhouses for children where we leave many toys available even for the beach. - a swimming pool (14X7m) and paddling pool (6X3m) heated from 1 May to 30 September, open from 10am to 8pm, the area is secure. Other things to note Rental is only possible for a minimum of 2 nights. Our rates include beds made on arrival and departure cleaning A heating supplement is required in winter.
