Charentais cottage for 8 people. 3 bedrooms: 1 with 140 cm bed and 2 with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm bed. Private south-facing terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. The space Authentic cottage with exposed stones and beams with an area of about 100 m2 that can accommodate up to 8 people. Well-equipped kitchen/dining room: dishwasher, gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, 2-seat sofa and 3-seat sofa. Appliances: electric iron and ironing board, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Electrical heating. On the ground floor: one bedroom with double bed of 140, a large wardrobe and a sink. A second bedroom with a double bed of 140, a large wardrobe and a single bed of 90. A separate shower room and toilet. Upstairs: A third bedroom with a 140 double bed and a 90 single bed, a wardrobe and a dresser. Bathroom, toilet. Private south-facing terrace and garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Guest access We also have common areas shared with other potential tenants on the site: - a covered terrace, - a games room with foosball, pool table and tennis table. - a petanque court - a fenced outdoor play area with playhouses and toys for children, including toys for the beach. - a swimming pool (14 X 7 m) and heated wading pool (6 X 3 m) from May 1 to September 30, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., the area is secure.
