Veranda View with Private Porch/Lake View

Veranda View is the largest guest room in the house with a private porch overlooking Seneca Lake. Although not situated right on the lake shore, we are on the hill with beautiful views, especially morning sunrises. There is an en-suite, spacious bath with shower. When traveling with a group, please inquire about other available rooms in the house. Located in the midst of wine country, and there are Mennonite/Amish farms all around. Clip-clop of horses and buggies daily and farm markets. The space You can expect to receive as much or as little attention during your stay here. Your room will be neatened daily if you are away during the hours we are here. Outstanding breakfasts are served each morning around 8:45 am, sit-down style on the porch or in the dining room. depending on the weather. Please let us know if you will NOT be having breakfast the night before. There is NO use of kitchen or laundry. Guest access Veranda View has a private access to the 2nd floor porch that has a table with chairs and a lake view. You may also enjoy the living room or dining room downstairs and the lower porches. There is no kitchen access for guests. During your stay Cathy or staff are available on premises and occasionally by text/cell. We are here to make your experience most comfortable. We will see you as you check in, check out and at breakfast if you order it. Cathy will help you to plan an itinerary if you would like, being a native to the region and knowledgeable about most everything in the area. Other things to note We do our best to create safe walking areas during all seasons. Please know that there is only one room on the first floor. All others require climbing a full flight of wide/deep stairs to the 2nd floor.
