You’ll stay in a warm and inviting 140 m² home, open to the outdoors, featuring: • a spacious living area with cathedral ceiling • a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings • two large dining tables (indoor and outdoor), accommodating up to 11 guests • a fully equipped kitchen for group meals • several sleeping areas accommodating up to 11 guests Nestled in the heart of Antigneul Estate, the house offers an exceptional setting surrounded by woodland, open fields and overlooking the château’s park. Sleeping arrangements: The property is made up of two adjoining cottages, offering both togetherness and independence: • Main cottage (sleeps 8) Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 double bed + 1 single bed Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 1 bunk bed (2 single beds) Bedroom 3 (upstairs): 1 double bed Mezzanine: 1 single bed Open fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, range cooker…) Cathedral-style living room with wood stove Bathroom with bathtub + separate toilet • Secondary cottage (sleeps 2–3) 1 double bed on mezzanine Living room with sofa bed (suitable for a child) Equipped kitchen Shower room A peaceful setting: Surrounded by nature, the estate is a true haven of peace. You’ll also enjoy access to the château’s park, perfect for relaxing walks and outdoor moments. Guest access The property is fully private: you’ll have exclusive access to the entire farmhouse as well as the outdoor areas, including the park, tennis court and barbecue. On-site parking is available. Set in a peaceful environment, the house is perfectly suited for group stays or family getaways, offering an ideal setting to relax and enjoy nature. For children A baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Children can also enjoy the outdoor facilities, including a sandbox, swing set and trampoline (not available during winter). Other things to note To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the estate, the property is intended for quiet stays with family or friends. Parties and events are not allowed. As the estate is located in a natural setting, guests are kindly asked to respect the surroundings, outdoor areas and neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
