Double bedroom in modern coastal home with amazing views over Tramore bay from dining and living area. Private bathroom across hall from bedroom with exclusive use for guests. House is approximately 15 minute walk to town centre and beach and less than 5 minutes to local cafe/restaurant and bar. Tramore is a beautiful seaside town. Activities such as surfing, swimming, golf, tennis and beautiful coastal walks. The space Bedroom has one double bed and outside patio directly outside bedroom for guest use. Guest access This is a bedroom and bathroom rental only. Guests have access to an outside patio with table and chairs right outside their bedroom. Upon request guests will have limited access to kitchen for requirments such as water or use of the fridge. Cooking is not permissable in kitchen. Living room area is for use of house owner only.
