Quiet location with a north facing outdoor deck, BBQ area. Walking distance to Mersey Buff, beach, Restaurants and walking track along the water front and Mersey River into the Devonport CBD. See the Spirit of Tasmania pass at the other end of the street. Airport transfers can be arranged, as can trips to Sheffield, Latrobe or Cradle Mountain The space I have a 3 bedroom house and offer 1 or 2 bedrooms in my home, you normally can choose either a double room with queen bed, or a single room. You will have your own bedroom and share the rest of the house with me and possibly another guest. Guest access You will be able to have access to common areas in my home including lounge/dinning, kitchen, laundry and a great patio/BBQ area, overlooking the rear yard. During your stay I am around most evening's and happy to socialize, or if you prefer there is space to be on your own.
