Spacious and quiet house on 1600 m2 of land with 4 bedrooms equipped with televisions located 13 km from the city of Carcassonne, 19 km from Lake Cavayère (tree climbing, water skiing, paddle boarding, pedal boats, inflatable water structures) and 89 km from the sea. This village overlooks the plain where the Canal du Midi winds and the view extends over a superb panorama limited to the north by the Montagne Noire. This plain, covered with vines, is the Malepère controlled designation of origin area. To the east you will discover the city of Carcassonne and further south, the Malepère massif, covered with oak woods, the domain of wild boars and mushroom pickers. you will be located between the sea and the mountains and right next to the city of Carcassonne, 3 km of ramparts, 52 towers, a castle, a real fortress within the fortress, a basilica, and a village that is still inhabited.
