A perfect haven for rest, recreation and winter storm watching by the fireplace. The space This quiet, elevated sea view setting provides you with two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and access to the adjoining deck. The other bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed and a couch to soak up the incredible expansive views of the beach, crashing waves and the ever changing skyscape. Downstairs is the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There is an outdoor area for dining and relaxing in the sun. You will not be disappointed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole space except a locked area downstairs. A barbeque is available on the outside deck. Toaster, tea and coffee making facilities and a few condiments are available for guests to use. There is a gas hob and microwave oven for use but it is preferred if the ovens are not used. There is ample crockery, cutlery and pots and pans and a dishwasher for your convenience. Sky TV basic plus sport channels, a library shelf and some board games and puzzles are available for your leisure.
