Music and noise outside must be off by 6pm weekends. music can be played inside the house and should be kept at Minimal until 8pm, due to the fact that we are situated in a residential area with rules and regulations. During your stay, there will be a full-time night guard and onsite House keeper. this is for your own safety and comfort. Privacy and quiteness is important to our neighbours. Quite times are from 8pm to 10am. Failure to comply to this request will lead to reported to Airbnb. Any misconduct will be reported to Airbnb immediately.
