This is a really good sized casita in terms of space. It has basically a fully functioning kitchen, a small washer and dryer, and a large living area. Outside, the area is small, but know that you are so close to every thing you want to walk to in Santa Fe. The air conditioning unit is a room unit in the main living area, and the bathroom is a full bathroom, with a small sink and bathtub. It isn't a master bath suite. Our Internet continues to get better and we were recently able to upgrade to 600 Mbps download. I think you should find it very good by Santa Fe standards.
