Off street parking with assigned spaces are right outside the door. Home is two levels. The top level holds the bedroom and full bath. The bottom level holds the kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room. The living room contains a full size sofa bed. It is so much nicer than a typical sofa bed. The pull out ottoman completes the couch into the bed. This will be comfy place with privacy away from the bedroom. You all so enjoy this bed while watching TV or laying beside the fire.
