A DOVECOTE completely renovated in 2015, on 3 levels: 1st level: a kitchen equipped with all comforts, outside, a dining area. 2nd level: Living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and bathroom. 3rd level TV: mezzanine with matrimonial bed. The rooms are open to stairs. Minimum rental 3 days; except 1 week minimum in July & August from Saturday to Saturday. Cleaning fee: 50€ (option) Mandatory deposit of €200 upon arrival, returned no later than 7 days after departure. The space In our village you will find calm, serenity and....bakery, butcher shop, fresh vegetables, supermarket, tobacco bar, health house, etc. In the heart of the Préalps d 'Azur Regional Natural Park, you can enjoy swimming (200m) in the very pure waters (WWF) of Estéron, forest walks, mountain biking circuits, canyoning (in exceptional sites) or climbing on world-renowned walls. We also offer for rent a house (Le Vignon) in 19th century stone for 6 people adjoining the Pigeonnier. Don't be surprised, in our village, without knowing you, everyone will say hello. Roquestéron's motto is "angulus ridet" meaning a good place to live. Everything is said. In the heart of the Parc Régional des Préalpes d 'Azur, you can enjoy swimming (200 m from the house) in the very pure waters (WWF) of the Estéron, forest walks, mountain bike circuits, canyoning (in exceptional sites) or climbing on world-renowned walls. You like high mountains... you are 120km from the highest road in Europe (2802 m.) in the Mercantour National Park. You like the beach...you are an hour from Nice. A few more kilometers and you can take a stroll to Monaco, Cannes, Saint Paul de Vence... We accept stays of at least 3 days, however we favor long stays of at least a week with very attractive prices (outside high season and holidays).
