"Family & nature" gîte in Burgundy

Our charming hamlet house, with a capacity of 6 to 11 people, welcomes you to enjoy good times with family or friends in the heart of an authentic Burgundy. We have worked hard to make this house welcoming and easy to live in, harmonizing stone and wood. Our house will offer you all the comforts of life expected: spacious equipped kitchen, large cocooning living room, three beautifully decorated bedrooms, large bathroom, 800 m2 landscaped garden. The space Ideal for groups, family reunions, reunions with friends, etc. Quietly located, with a garden. Cozy, cocooning and practical house, with 2 beautiful living spaces. - a spacious and bright kitchen fully equipped for making good dishes and enjoying friendly moments. - a large and cozy living room with two large comfortable sofas (one of which is convertible 140 x 200 – occasional bed), a second large table and a wood stove. - three beautifully decorated and cleverly furnished bedrooms to accompany 11 sleepers to the land of dreams (2 bunk beds with 2 beds 90 x 200 - 2 beds with 1 bed 90 x 200 - 1 triple bunk bed: 1 bed at the top 90 x 200 and 1 bed at the bottom 140 x 200 - 1 bed with 2 beds 140 x 200. - a large bathroom with toilet area, equipped with a bathtub, a large shower, a laundry area. - a garden of 800 m2 equipped with a swing, a pretty hut, a sandbox, a barbecue... Kitchen equipment: dishwasher - fridge/freezer - hob (gas bottle) - 39l oven - electric pancake, waffle, croque-monsieur, raclette, yogurt - coffee maker - multifunctional robot... Bathroom amenities: washing machine/dryer - hairdryer - iron and ironing board Baby equipment: high chair - toilet adapter - potty - footstool - folding bed Free box + TV channels Bedroom equipment: Duvets, pillows and mattress protectors. Bed linen (pillowcase, duvet cover and fitted sheet) and toilet linen (towel and glove) can be rented by tenants for €8/person (6th sheets/2nd towels). Guest access The house is fully rented for guests. Its access is autonomous. I will give you the access information to the house, the place to pick up the key, a few days before your arrival. Other things to note A donkey ride, on the KAYANE site located 2 minutes from the house, will be offered by the owners for any rental of more than 3 consecutive nights (1 donkey – 1 hour ride). We provide your children with many early learning, outdoor, imitation, board, dress-up, and manual activities. We also have some "adult" board games that can be used by adults. Our house has access to the Internet and television thanks to a FREEbox POP subscription. Unfortunately, the house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility because it is entirely on garages. Our animal friends are welcome in our house. However, be aware that they will have to live outside with 2 black cats named Salem and Princess Jacqueline. It is imperative that your pets respect our cats and that they are sociable with them. The tenants are welcomed by the owners of the house, the arrival and departure time is to be agreed upon together when booking. Late check-ins can be done independently via a key box system. Cleaning is done by the owners for an additional cost of €80.
