Josephine's Guesthouse for Women is exclusively bookable for women. The guesthouse enjoys a very central location in Zurich, just 800 m from the main train station. Each of the rooms has a private bathroom with a shower. During your stay at Josephine's, you will have a shared living room with panoramic views and a large roof terrace at your disposal. Breakfast is included. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen awaits. The space Josephine's Guesthouse has a long history - for almost a hundred years the building was a girls' boarding school, later also a kind of "women's shelter". Then the owners' association decided that the house had to be renovated and the concept modernized. This is how the Josephine's team came to the property - we are experienced hotel professionals and already run two other businesses in Zurich - the hotel marta and the Alma Hotel. All three businesses have one thing in common: we want to offer social added value for women. At Josephine's, we offer two specialized programs in the particularly inexpensive rooms that are only available to women and in the other two hotels (where men are also welcome): training for young women with special needs and regular jobs that are specifically aimed at women in particularly vulnerable life situations.
