We have 2 bedrooms and 1 sofa bed for 2 people, (max 6 people) It is located in Villamartin within walking distance of cozy restaurants and close to golf courses, shopping centers, various beautiful beaches and authentic towns. And very important: here the sun shines 320 days a year! The space LIVING ROOM The apartment has a spacious modern living room with all comforts. From here you have access to the terrace by a large sliding window. There is a sofa bed for 2 persons. KITCHEN The open kitchen is fully equiped with every comfort: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, vacuum cleaner, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster,… BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), each of them with their own bathroom and spacious build in wardrobes. One bedroom has got direct access tot the private terrace, the other one has got seaview. Beds are made for arrival. So… sheets you don’t have to foresee yourself. BATHROOMS They both have got a shower, toilet and lavabo with a large mirror. We provide towels. Beach towels and wash cloths you have to provide yourself. OUTSIDE On the 12 sqm terrace you can enjoy the sun. We provide garden furniture and a parasol. In the private domain you can use the shared swimming pool. You can take the folding beds to the swimming pool. EXTRA Airconditioning throughout the apartment. (warm and cold) Free wifi.
