Welcome to the house "Canard Bleu" in the heart of picturesque Périgord Noir. Our house is in a quiet location within walking distance of the center of Carsac-Aillac with numerous shopping facilities (including a supermarket, bakery, wine dealer). Enjoy your vacation in our approximately 100 m² house with spacious garden, two terraces and private heated pool (completely renovated in 2022) The space On the first floor you will find a large living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. The large dining table also offers space for a larger group to gather. On the first floor there are also two bedrooms as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with its own bathroom at your disposal. Guest access You can easily reach our house by car, about 800 m from the D704. You can park your car (up to two vehicles) on the property directly at the house. The entire house is exclusively available to you during your stay. This of course also applies to the pool and all other outdoor areas on the premises.
