The garden in front of the house, perfectly enclosed and wooded, is ideal for children and pets. At the back of the house you can observe our animals. Relaxing moments guaranteed . The space Large cottage, ideal for a romantic break, family, or to organize an event: possibility of sleeping up to 19 guests in total . Possibility to rent it 2 other accommodations for 4 and 8 guests in the same place "la tour de la chaumière" and "le Gite des Bouleaux" which makes it possible to accommodate a total of 31 people for events . The cottage has an entrance with one side a bathroom and toilet ,there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area with 4 stools. The dining room can accommodate up to 20 guests when all the extensions are put on . The seating area is equipped with a large screen TV with a sofa ,two armchairs and 3 cinema chairs to land near the wood burning stove and enjoy the flame. Upstairs you will find a large landing with a second living room ,a small desk and a dormitory area with a double bed and a single bed. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs, one of which must be crossed . The large garden in front of the house is perfectly enclosed and wooded , ideal for children and your four-legged friends, you can observe and pet in the meadow at the back of the house our animals: 2 Lamas, 2 Ponies, 4 goats, 2 Ushant sheep, 2 donkeys ,chickens and ducks There are also ornamental chickens and rabbits in a park. At your disposal: garden furniture, 2 barbecues (gas and charcoal), armchairs to lie in the sun, a ping-pong table, a petanque court, a badminton or volleyball net, a small soccer field, bicycles, a small children's zip line, a merry-go-round and a kiosk to gather in small groups sheltered in the middle of the garden. Possibility to add a barnum of 60 square meters with 50 chairs and 7 tables in the garden . Guest access Access through a private motorized portal Other things to note - Baby umbrella beds - 2 baby chairs - petanque court! When you check in: - a deposit of 400 euros including 200 in cash and 200 in uncashed check will be required upon arrival for weekends and week stays. An inventory will be carried out upon arrival. Before your departure: - You must return the accommodation as on arrival ( depending on cleaning fee), an inventory will be carried out. The beds are made for your arrival depending on the number of people , bath towels are not provided (except 6 in case of forgetting). - Toilet paper and coffee (Senséo pods and coffee + traditional coffee maker filter) are provided for the first day . For any damages, a refund will be requested at the new value.
