Situated in a quiet neighborhood in the embassy area on mount Vodno, Ida's Apartment is still very close to the city center. 3 rooms apartment ( Kitchen with Dining room, Bedroom and Living room). The space The elements that are found in the apartment are made according to hand drawings and ideas of the Architect Ida who is also the host of the space. The design of each room is slowly thought out in detail and worked with love. A team of masters who were able to do it professionally. That energy flows through the apartment and makes it unique. Guest access The apartment is located in a private family house with garden. Through the front door of the house you enter an wide staircase with circular marmor stairs and climb to the first floor. Only your apartment is located here. You have at your disposal: Wide entrance hall with open and light wardrobe with mirror. Bedroom with two beds that can be very easily joined or separated, two-piece wardrobe with mirror, drawers, hangers and shelves. Cosmetic table with mirror and stool for sitting. Rotating wall-mounted TV. Window overlooking the green yard. French balcony. Living room with a comfortable sofa with the possibility of opening and sleeping for two people. Wall-mounted TV. Dining table with 6 chairs for lunch with chest of drawers under a large mirror. Kitchen with large refrigerator, glass ceramic hob, oven, hood, dishwasher and other accessories. Other things to note There is a garden with a seating area around the family house. The garden can be used together with my older mother who is the only resident in the whole family house and is constantly present in her apartment. The entrance to her apartment is in the middle of the house. The entrance to the rental apartment is on the side of the house, in isolation completely intimate and private part. It is not allowed to smoke inside at all. I do not have balcony because I am still doing my best for the new brand apartment. The balcony will be ready and fix from outside in March 2021. For smoking I have a back garden on the ground floor with chair and small table. The apartment is on the first floor with private entrance. The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people, but in case there is a need for 4 people sleeping then the living room is transformed into a bedroom by opening the sofa. Additional explanation: In the case of a stay of 4 people, two people have their own bedroom, and two people are sleeping in the living room where the sofa opens and is 150cm width.
