The old Boathouse Port Isaac Sleeps 2 Sea view

A unique and pretty holiday home the Old Boathouse is located at the top of Port Isaac Village perfect for a romantic getaway yet within 5 minutes walk of the historic village and harbour with its quaint white washed cottages, galleries and cafes as well as Michelin star restaurants. It has the added benefit of parking and sea views over the rooftops from the mezzanine bedroom. It is very close to the South West coastal path and so is an ideal base for walking holidays. Driveway parking The space The Old Boathouse is a cosy quirky stone built cabin built next to the owner Cheryl’s bungalow. Although the space is small and cosy there is a full size shower in the bathroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen area where there is a table for two. Upstairs there is a comfortable king size bed.- please note access to the far side of the bed is from the near side as shown in the photo. There are 2 chairs for relaxing upstairs by the bed. Please be aware that there is small narrow staircase to the upstairs floor with a low overhead beam at the bottom and at the top it is necessary to step to the left from the stairs onto the mezzanine floor so it requires a modicum of nimbleness. Guest access The Old Boathouse is a unique and pretty cabin located next to the main house but is completely separate and has its own private access. Parking is off road on the driveway in front of the Boathouse. Other things to note Arrival is from 4pm onwards and departure by 9.30am
