Home in Venice

Cute Key West cottage near Manasota Beach (10min) and Venice beaches (15min). Private, fenced backyard with deck, grill, and a nice mix of shade and sun. Fully-equipped kitchen, wifi, smart TV with Roku. 3rd bedroom is large with a pullout sofabed and futon, and can also be used as a second livingroom. Quiet neighborhood close to all amenities. The space There are 2 regular bedrooms plus a third bedroom with a pullout couch and futon. The second bath (off the third bedroom, has a shower and a Jacuzzi tub. The backyard is old Florida with citrus trees and tropical plants and gets mowed and trimmed but is in a natural (not development) state. The hot tub is currently out of commission Guest access The entire house is available other than a couple of owner closets. Other things to note The pullout couch in the third bedroom is a typical sofa bed. I often take the mattress and put it on the floor. I keep it as a couch as most guests don't require a third bed, and it's nice to have an extra living room for privacy and space away from the TV. There is also a second pullout (futon) in the same room.
