We are two minutes from the Clutha boat ramp and ten minutes from Lake Dunstan and Clyde. Cromwell's historic quarter and Highland Park Raceway is twenty minutes away, Wanaka and Queenstown lakes with their adjacent ski fields within the hour. Trout fishing and historic site Boat Tours are available seasonally and there are movie theatres, museums, art galleries and public library in the local area. There are great art and winery trails nearby and boutique cafes and restaurants to visit in Alex, Clyde and the surrounding countryside. Pick your own cherries or stone fruit at nearby orchards in season or visit a roadside stall for tonight's dinner menu prepared in your spacious kitchen or on the bbq! Visit historic sites or take a day trip to St Bathan's Blue Lakes, the Nevis Valley or Thompsons Gorge. Or not.
