Only 30 minutes to Niagara Falls and 45 to Niagara-on-the-Lake. A peaceful retreat perfect for nature lovers, wine enthusiasts, and romantic getaways. The space Our Carriage House is a fully private and self contained 400 sq ft apartment, separate from the main house, with a private entry and deck. This open concept unit has a living and dining area, a complete bathroom, and a kitchenette. If you feel like having a night in, don’t worry! The kitchenette comes complete with a toaster oven, stove-top, toaster, coffee-maker and magic-bullet; everything you need to make a meal. A barbecue on your private deck is perfect for an evening cookout. With the comfortable loungers and TV, you can rest up with a movie night. The space will sleep two adults comfortably in a king bed. If you have a small child, we do have a pack n play, high chair, and cot available for your use. Although the apartment is fully separate, we do live and work on site with our two very friendly dogs. Guest access This suite is fully separate from the main house with a private deck and entrance. Guests have access to: 4 acre manicured lawn and gardens, 7 acre Organic Herb and Lavender farm. Other things to note Lavender bloom is approximately June 15 to mid July. We supply you with high quality towels, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, tea, and cooking spices/oils. Our Carriage House is ideal for couples and friends with a king sized bed and high quality sheets. Enjoy your time touring our 11 acre organic farm, private gardens and striking wooden pavillons with a glass of wine from a local winery. Although there is wireless connection in the apartment, we don't have urban internet speeds. However, there is Netflix and Prime available and a HDMI cable for your laptop.
