Double Room in a Family House in Clapham/Battersea

Welcome to my home where you will stay in a lovely large double room in the heart of Battersea. I am very sociable and love to meet new people. My home is very lived in with my collection of life's treasures. It is a very individual home with character. Your room is private. We share the bathroom and kitchen. The house is located 8 minutes from Clapham Junction and situated on a quiet residential road, this is the perfect place to explore the city. Local buses are brilliant and reliable. The space This is a pretty family home full of character. I have collected some amazing treasures over the years and you will see them on display throughout the house. This is an incredible opportunity to experience living in a fabulous home and neighborhood. A home from home experience. I am busy but I do love to have a chat and and introduce myself. However I do respect your privacy and am delighted when my guests feel comfortable. Your room is a good size at the front of the house. It has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress. There are 2 arm chairs in your room and space to hang clothes in the closet and a small chest of drawers. The room is very comfortable and clean. We supply clean ironed linen. The bathroom is shared. We are very respectful and are happy to work around your schedule if needs be. The bathroom has a shower and a bath with constant hot water for your convenience. Basic toiletries and towels are supplied. The kitchen and garden are also shared. The kitchen is supplied with all equipment and appliances for cooking and eating. The kitchen has a marvellous marble table for your convenience. It is also possible to enjoy the garden. The dining room has a dining table also - this is another area where you can enjoy your meals. The house is very well connected for travelling over London. Clapham Junction is an 8 minute walk away - this is a main train station in London for connecting within and outside of the City. There are several buses outside the house to take you to most areas of London and to the underground. Beautiful Battersea Park is a short 10 minute walk away. Battersea Square and Northcote Road, where you can find shops and markets, are close by. Clapham Junction is 8 minutes walk away as there you'll find many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also, from Clapham Junction Station you can get the underground to the centre of London as well as mainline trains to Victoria and Waterloo linking you to most of the underground lines. You can also get the buses 49, 345 to Kings Road and South Kensington, 319 Kings Road and 44 to Victoria. Wi-Fi Internet is available and there's metered parking (09h30-16h30 Monday to Friday) available outside the house. 'Comfortable, clean and kind'. Regular appreciative comments from previous guests. Continental breakfast included and delicious cooked breakfast available upon request. Guest access Your bedroom is a private space, the bathroom, kitchen, dining room and garden are shared spaces. During your stay I am friendly and live in the house. I enjoy saying hello and chatting.
