Arched windows, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and architectural character typical of historic Tuscany. Two independent entrances, lovely interiors and lots of books to read (curl up in the hammock!). Spacious rooms and high ceilings are deliciously cool in summer. Air Conditioning upstairs & downstairs. Fans in all rooms and screens on bedroom/bathroom windows. No pets and no smoking, allergy-sensitive furnishings and bedclothes. There is no pool, so no raucous noise. Owners live on the other side of the villa, with separate garden. Guest access This independent accommodation is LARGER & BETTER EQUIPPED than the majority on offer in this area for 2 to 4 guests. It features two large bedrooms with 1 king bed and 2 twin beds (child cot/crib available for small supplement). Large bathroom with tub-shower. Extensively equipped kitchen, sun-filled sitting room and SAT-TV, living/dining room with seating (table and armchairs) for 6. The Casa Colonica garden (views and beautiful sunsets!) is furnished with tables and chairs for dining al fresco, and lounge chairs for lazing in shade or the sun. Lots of shade under the oak and Ilex trees ! There is a hammock for reading on a quiet afternoon . AC + WI-FI for REMOTE WORKING (with a view...!). No pool so no raucous noise. The WIFI rouiter can be zapped by an electrical surge and need to be replaced (this can be done pretty quickly) or the dishwasher can break down (this can take time to fix)....
