On the first floor is the kitchen, the living room, the second bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot, the bathroom and the big beautiful veranta with the private gas BBQ. Quiet neighborhood, near the sea, large garden. Very close to the famous and enchanting beaches of Sithonia: "ΚΑΡΥΔΙ" 5km., "ΚΑΒΟΥΡΟΤΡΥΠΕΣ" 25km., "ΤΡΑΝΗ ΑΜΜΟΥΔΑ" 6km., "ΑΡΜΕΝΙΣΤΗΣ" 18km. The beautiful Vourvourou is only 4km. away, there you can find big super market, taverns ,playgrounds, local dishes. At a distance of 9km. is the picturesque Ag. Nicholas with the beautiful alleys and the picturesque taverns at very affordable prices. Nikiti the most cosmopolitan part of the second arm of Halkidiki is at 12km.
